I have had a response from my broker.
'Sorry it took a little longer than expected as we had to contact our custodian and wait for their response after investigation about this return of capital.
Chalice has officially announced the return of capital but the company still has not released the funds to shareholders. From the day they release the funds, it will take 48 hours for the cash to settle into your account.'
So I am not sure how some holders have already received their funds, if they are not yet released?
