Very interesting Cygnet Capital are raising $4.1M for this shell, I wonder what for, the company says
"Funds raised pursuant to the Placement will be used for general working capital within the Company’s existing business and, consistent with prior ASX announcements, earmarked for use should a suitable opportunity arise and be pursued."
But they have no existing business so my guess is its
"earmarked for use should a suitable opportunity arise and be pursued"
