GPN needs the money now and it seems impossible for it to issue shares to its shareholders since no any pennies could raise the money from its shareholders in full.
It is the market reality and what GPN has to deal with. It doesn't matter what its shareholders thought or worry. Its board is trying to move forward.
Yes, if GPN could breakthrough the barrier of 1 cent, it means it would move much higher than that. Dilution or die, you have little choices.
