I believe all of your saying has your reasons and 90% should be true with whatever the reasons. However the critical question is what you would do about what GPN board has done.

Our duty is to find the target which could make the money for us and we have to realize something simply is out of our control. However you have put yourself into the control in a uncontrolled situation.

I admit I don't know anything about GPN and if it would not shoot up I would not bother to think about it seriously. The reason is simple it should have all of the reasons to set its price at $0.004.

I do believe there are some good things we may just not know. I do need to buy when everyone wants to burn it on the fire. I want to buy at extremely low so the news and market sentiment about it should be the worst.

I buy at the worst if I could since I believe "buy when the wall street is full of bloods."
