This is disgraceful. For all the hard work done by many to get ANS bank on the boards and to have a very clear abuse of the issuance of stock.

Firstly, there is enough money in the bank to pay Mike K cash and not to issue shares at 1.1c. I for one will not be voting this through.

Secondly, any subsequent capital raising should be offered to all shareholders and not at 1.1c.

This should be refused by all holders.

Get on with the job at hand and make he long term shareholders proud.
