Well that clears the deck. Bravo to the MD for taking a haircut keeping us afloat thru hard times without the usual dilution that goes with it and now putting us back in biz again. Lets see, I count abt 160 mill shares proforma and abt 35 mill 3c opts for about 1 mill cash and no debt. 1.7 is a good base to start its new life from. Lets see what project comes in and who the new boys are. Shld remain as tight as hell since it is private placement and you would think they would be looking for multiples return in due course. Happy Jan. Gets my vote.
