It looks like the retail investors who were not given the opportunity to buy at 32c are happy to buy 47c... bitcoin style.... companies do things cause investors allow them too. I agree that the discount is excessive especially give the size of the raising. If you want to bring a new investor onboard - which can provide more credibility or market awareness - , do it at par or at a premium to the SP to send the right message.
