In answer to your question regarding why was it done now, I feel the UK purchases really dictate that.
KEY have to fund seismic and keep change, UK assets could have been purchased by others.. we either have faith or we dont.. I am comfortable in the decision and I dont want rampers promoting the assets. Those with intelligence need to make there minds up on facts.. no more no less.
