The ANS board states in the announcement today "....The company is currently exploring other source of funds"Question: If the WAPRC acquisition deal on 61 per cent of ANS shares i.e., $100 million will go ahead, why the board needs to explore other source of funds as stated above??? As prescribed in the agreement with WAPRC, $42 million will remain in ANS for working capital and $58 million will be used by ANS to acquire major stake of SDL.
Does the above statement indicate that the acquisition deal would be GAME OVER by 31 March 2019 therefore the ANS board needs to find other source of funds?????
