sadly HC doesn’t not require posters to meet a minimum IQ threshold- otherwise we would be spared the endless bleating of Serena.
the $2.6 m is a minor issue - whether SDL can get the Mbalam Convention extended is the only issue that anyone needs to be worried about. Obviously it is challenging given the time occupied in it’s pursuit. I feel SDL delivers then ANS cash follows.
