It seems that you still do not understand the issues. Are you naïve or you are pretending.
How could someone be allowed to postpone the payment for the shares of $3million at 0.013 after seeing all the facts??????????? The subscription deal should be cancelled immediately when this person failed to pay within 14 days in August 2018 and immediately announced to the market via the ASX (ASX listing rule 3.1 CONTINUOUS DISCLOSURE). Why did the ANS management extend the payment beyond the original due date i.e., 17 August 2018 for a subscription price at 0.013 (far below the closing price before the suspension at 0.017) and allowed this person to keep postponing the payment until 15 March 2019 without disclosing to the market via the ASX until we all knew it only on 15th Feb 2019 when the company announced it via the ASX about this unpaid subscription amount of $2.6 million?????.
Could it be after knowing all the facts, this sophisticated investor abandoned the deal and did not pay for $2.6 million (discounted price at 0.013) on 15 March 2019?. This payment flexibility is not fair to other investors.
