    Since you are so optimistic and keep promoting the deal in both ANS and SDL forum, it could be an opportunity for you to call the ANS board and nominate yourself to replace this sophisticated investor if he fails to make payment of $2.6 million (subscription price at 0.013) by 15 March 2019. Good luck.
