Agreed, TC purchased 10% of the company for 875k .. valuing the company sub 10M, yet in the same hand values it a lot higher for capital raising subscribers.

As others have mentioned the previously undisclosed get out clause was released on the 14 June, the date bids and allocations had closed.

I have no doubt those investors bought in based on the two SI's

I will admit now this needs to be referred for investigation by ASIC.
