Sounds like you blokes might know a little more than you're letting on. I'm happy to be educated. Negotiations have been going on a while now. There's been no announcement as far as I can see from the company about raising capital with anyone other than 'sophisticated investors', and the last announcement was "the company will make another announcement when the capital raising is FINALISED and expects this to be no later than 3 April".

Given the track record, announcement wise with Pak and the undertakings during that fund raising disaster, the company have been very secretive in the current capital raising, they haven't stuck their neck out even a little bit, no clues, no leaks, even in the face of wisespread backlash.

Maybe business is a little more advanced than we think?

I take finalised to be money in the bank, surely they won't leave themselves to be hung out to dry like the Pak deal. That would be a prime example of the definition of stupidity.
