If they CR is done at a sensible price then that is one step in the right direction. An ANN with another CI would go some way to restoring some confidence.
Anything about 2c would be a fillip. A CI for 10million even on worse terms than PAK would be a good outcome from where we are at this moment in time.
Of course once the funding is done I fully expect all sorts of issues with the project itself. Anyone who thinks PAK won't use his status and influence to gain some 'revenge' is naive.
