The GM hasn't been announced yet because there's no GM to approve a CR/placement to CSI until the deal is finalised, which is what we're waiting on. A GM is required though for the money to be raised, as the ASX has placed a block on GMC. So I expect the next Ann to be 'CR finalised (and the terms), CSI finalised (and the terms), then a notice of GM' to approve both placements.
