I just briefly spoke to Hamish on the phone.

There's certainly hope (if what he said can be taken at face value - he sounded like a decent guy on the phone though and took the time to call me back).

Summary:
- very close now '48-72hrs from being done' (may get update before weeks end - in which case @Aussierat maintains his credibility)
- plan is a CR AND 2nd CI (IF this eventuates it's onward and upward)
- once deal finalised, will be vote confirmed at GM, then receipt of funds and then recommence trading.
