Interestingly (and obviously now that I think about it), raising at $0.015 by the issue of 866m shares, means we are essentially giving 32.4% up to the SI for $10MUSD.
Again, another reason why we need to be provided with Pak's coutner offer - given this would be 3x worse than his offer.
