I found it particularly amusing that management used the word 'due diligence' in the announcement. Its almost like they read HC and are taking our advice on board which I suppose is a good thing.

Its very frustrating that the terms have not been disclosed. How bad can it be if they waited 19 days to evaluate it? Now that we have information to believe that the SI is a friend of a board member, its essential that the Pak deal is disclosed.
