Jokowi will say anything to get foreign investors because that grows his economy and makes him more $$$. If the guy was serious he would create a fair legal system in which a company the size of GMC can enforce a binding contract.

Your second last paragraph is why so many people lose money and don't understand why. There is fundamental errors which GMC management have committed and have affected the business as a suitable investment.
