"To date the Company has received funds totalling $4.255 million, and in addition has firm commitments totalling $462,500. With international funds transfers expected to take a number of days to complete the Company has decided to extend the Closing Date."

Still short of the minimum $5m needed and a long way away from the $15m wanted in the prospectus , were even prepared to take another $5m on over subscriptions. Investors have lost faith. Didn't expect it to be this bad. Maybe they are all going to buy on market when/if the price falls.
