market volatility , NASDAQ coming off , Mya having trouble raising capital to complete raising , their market value reflects years of massive growth none of which has been validated to date. Their product has been available for some time and current sales don't appear spectacular. Vendors will own 75% upon full raising leaving a very unbalanced register. Mya hasn't traded for almost a month whilst the markets have been on a slide especially tech stocks and the slide has only begun imo.
