jarg, the market cap will rise dramatically with the new shares to come. The market cap now is pre-capitalisation, so it means very little. PE ratio, and other such measures of value, will be on the new market cap, and new debt ratio. Hopefully, the smaller amount raised will be due to FFF's deleveraging, prior to the capital injection. The new mob will have sorted it so value can be seen, but don't be fooled by today's market cap. The changes come in 2.5 months- around 7th October. The new investors may also be having a look at upcoming results.
