I’m completely torn, I can see upside to this. But shareholders have been kept in the dark so long that I am worried. Will I be throwing good money after bad?

However directors want in to the tune of 1/3 the total amount looking to raise - that is more than just skin in the game.

I’m going to need to see more to convince myself that the mine is real. Sure they say we won’t pay unless ML is issued, but they want to repay debt (to SB no doubt). So he gets his lending back and I’m still in the dark.

Give us something to go on - rather than just putting your hand out!

Can anyone expect lain the convertible notes - but for 0.5c but can convert to shares when you want - at what price?
