You seem to have a handle on how these companies finance/structure deals.My question is and always will be the amount of shares outstanding. I can't see the price truly breaking out appreciably until the amount of shares is reduced significantly. Buyback preferably over a reverse split.
I've posited this question before on this board. Hopefully you or others can chime in to allay my concerns.
