So I guess we wait for the document to see how the scale back works given its not a rights issue.....
Here's why, I have less than 15k worth of shares. So what's to stop me selling at 0.515 and then buying that back plus a bit more at 0.5 or even less.
What is the risk I get less than my current holding and thus shoot myself in the foot.
