That’s a crappy discount considering how the share price has already been worked down. Value just been given away here.
Makes you wonder what other tricks the banksters have install for us when the takeover offer comes.
I can’t see that the board is protecting shareholder value here.
The say “We have one of the best undeveloped gold projects globally” and then go and give value away very very cheaply. If we have one of the best projects the board should make people pay to get onboard.
The share give away is very poor considering where the share price has come from and how it’s been worked over. The chart looks like a slide in a kids play ground. Very disappointed with this deal considering we where also told it was a competitive funding landscape for this project, with 14 parties tendering interest.Esh
