No path for the original investors to get repaid with a profit, except by a takeover. It's way past time for all this glowing futures promises; it has not produced until now, and likely will not do so in the future. As a speculator, you should know that there is no payback for quite a long time, if ever. This has to be one of the worst mining deals ever, fumbled by management and now fiddled and diddled by the banksters, in my opinion.
