As far as respect goes you need to earn it. All the great drilling results, discoveries and tough operating conditions are meaningless if you can’t protect shareholder value. Richard should go and get mentored by Rohan Williams or better still let’s get RW in the top job to restore some semblance of respectability to the share price. We’ve got a better project than DCN IMO with higher grades and likely a longer mine life (and we don’t have those hard BIFs) but we end up getting trashed by the banksters. I think it’s that millionaire club in Sydney that are the puppet masters. Esh
