The removal or resignation of 3 of the old directors by the time of the AGM seems to be a big positive tick

I am not sure if this was a requirement of the new director or the chairman actually ruling a line in the sand

I am a big fan of the new director M Simari , who took a dog of a stock in CTF almost 10 years ago now to a huge success (PGC) .

I invested in PGC right at the start of that transition and continually increased my investment , I am up about 5 times my total investment , and bought a few AVX this week to get some rights , hopefully like PGC , Simari can end the pain of the long suffering shareholders and get some value in to AVX , which couldn't be that difficult considering the market cap at tonights close is under $4 m
