Thats around a 20% discount for those sophisticated investors. Wish I was sophisticated.
Good chance the SP will slide back past 27c too. I didn't see any escrow period was mentioned , so even if the share price does hold up the sophisticated investors will be selling their 8mil shares and locking in their profits early.
I locked in mine today anyway!
