How can Craig Readhead still be getting paid $100k per year. He presided over two failed boards.....why is he still at the company. He will have reviewed and accepted the MACA deal......what is the company thinking???....His strengths are supposed to be legal and commercial....WHAT THE?????....

And the bonuses.......I still have a real problem with the bonuses!!! CEO $120k. COO and CFO $100k each. They used accounting to make a profit in 2016 triggering their bonus, this was then all reversed the following year to make a stonking loss. This was not operational performance it was due to accountancy and book entries.........

It doesn't matter whether the mine is successful of not now, the remaining small shareholders will get nothing.  The board would not look like it currently does, if the company was operating the way that it should...... New management???........what a load of rubbish!!!!
