Sorry, I stand corrected. The 16.5c was on just over 8,000 shares, if it tries closing that I will top up for sure. Like you say the sophs aren't getting in at 20c to take a loss. Most likely we'll see a few tests to check supply, and once that is flushed out the price will be pumped up so they can exit. This may be good for a trade, but I think the long term value will be when the final study is published, and FDA approval is submitted.
