I sold out about a week ago and don't think I will buy back in through through the retail offer.
It always seems to be the case that whenever there is a retail offer for a company the share price stays above the issue price until the offer ends, then the price proceeds to drop. It may be a case of broker support during the offer period.
I also don't understand the point in the company paying a small dividend only to follow by raising money from instos and retail investors at a discount to market diluting the share price in the process. I would prefer they didn't pay the dividend in the first place if they needed the money to fund the business development.
