Div - token payment and done for marketing reasons.
Capital raising - also a surprise to me given earlier statement when they bought Nuskope.
Why ? imo I think a couple of instos must have approached them and at the same time I get from that latest announcement that they have some extra "loop" to build for a customer and have another acquisition in the fire. Then of course they still have to pay for Indigo.
Longer term, I love what they are building and look forward to the next update, then the next and next for years to come. Give you a hint....read the blurb at the bottom of their announcements about the number of customers connected. Don't go far, read january, april and now september release.
