Seems like a fair assessment. Though one thing to note is SuperLoop are a pure communications play (fixed wireless and fibre) - their business is much simpler than that of Vocus (Which is an internet provider, offers consumer and enterprise, does datacentres, voice, has an energy business etc)
The SPP caught me by surprise a bit. I did apply for a small amount because I do like the economics of the projects in singapore and hong kong - they are great assets that will be generating cashflow year on year for a very long time.
