Thanks Eath, I very much believe that they have much to prove in terms of numbers. I know this a fast moving sector but I am concerned that this company will start rolling out acquisitions without bedding them down correctly. Like Vocus/M2 for example.
I echo the sentiments from the next poster "RCS" in that it appears to be very clumsy capital management to offer a dividend and then do a capital raising. Or that the purpose of the capital raising is to fund another recently identified opportunity for acquisition, which would concern me also.
Everything I read about Bevan Slattery is that he is a very acute, knowledgeable and canny businessman. I sure hope he's got this.
