I have a few questions regarding your post. If you had come onto the Board when Alison Coutts did what would you have done differently?
Would you have been prepared to put significant amounts of your own hard earned cash into the company coffers at this juncture, in order to keep it going (and keep developing SpermSep) while still trying to extract some shareholder value from PrIME B class shares?
May I respectfully suggest you go back and have a look at the Annual Reports since she took over and tell us what you would have done differently?
The only thing I can find to criticise here is the Transocean deal, which appears to have promised much and delivered very little. It did dilute and then dramaticallly shred the SP. Do you know who was behind the Transocean deal and why they recommended it to the Board? Have you spoken to the company about your particular grievances?
Tooheys8 I note you are a shareholder and have a "hold" sentiment. If you genuinely believe there has been/is criminal behaviour here, then why is your sentiment hold?
Why not have a proper reasoned debate, rather than just throwing around defamatory onliners?
BTW I share your pain (in the form of a substantial six figure loss) as a longterm holder....I just happen to believe that Board are doing everything possible to deliver longterm value to shareholders and as I have noted before their losses (particularly in Andrew's case) are larger than most of ours because of the skin they have in the game.
