Positive spins on a cap raising are fine, but there is no bargain here. MEM is now much more on the overvalued side than the undervalued side.
50% increase of shares on the registry in 2 years at 0.006c. Any good news will now be limited by this. 155,000,000 shares at 0.006c. The only way the company MC isn't heavily diluted is if the shares are less than 0.006c in 2018. This is no bargain. Uncertainty every way you look.
