Disappointing it wasn't Spark - this would have been the "best" outcome for holders.
Pinnacle smarter this time around... They take 6% of the total amount raised but they also take $10,000 per month for 3 months (?) as a retainer fee.
Potentially 100,000,000 shares to dilute holders before 21st June..
Keen to hear others thoughts, but not sure the 300k upfront buys them much longer @ current burn anyway?
