Happy to see the CR closed, slightly less happy to see them raise only $1.2m after all the time and $$$ spent on the roadshow. Less dilution at these low prices is good ....flip side is that they will have to raise again S/T, hopefully after a successful drill program and at higher prices.
The merger should wrap up around end of the month...This should be a major catalyst for a rerate but who knows as TNR still firmly under the radar. Maybe success at Paradigm and Credo will get us some love from the market??
