Yes, but the market remained clueless. perhaps there was an element of buying in realising the Metro decision was going to come out either yes or no but then closing out.
So it should retrace back to $3.50 if that is the case coz they all misread the big message of the announce which was a reiteration of guidance and not the mere expensing of the bid costs, that does not make sense to make so much out of that, the DOW SP should have gone up after the ANN not down.
