Just my 2 bobs worth on Magna,

Prajogo Pangestu(Magna and major CCU holder) has form around buy outs and privatisation, however I'm not sure on the FIRB aspect of any such transaction. The board and Lawrence plus Ord Minnett (I think) hold enough to stove any T/O, but did Magna or CBA or both insist on Lawrence getting the hook or has he gone by his own good graces, either way he could end up with the strategic stake that makes all the difference and at his age I'm betting he'd be looking to an exit and realisation of value at some stage in the near term. With the fresh capital and representative of Magna on the board I'm confident that what ever the plant requires the plant will get and it will fire.
