You can't work out the cash costs for the silver produced. There are too many chunks of ore, silver in process and other areas which have absorbed costs to be able to calculate how much the silver produced or sold has cost. It only really becomes calculable when you have steady(ish) state production.
Mind you - they are no where near $15 or $20!
