I do not believe any more that anything substantial would come out of these discussions. The last announcement was very flimsy indicating further requirement of capital to put on JvCo.

It always bothered me that why paragon out of all engineering firms in the world to get the processing plant up and running would go to CFE for getting this up and running. It appears to be an elaborate way of raising more capital and then walking away from it.

My 2c. I lost 20% of my money in quick time. My own fault for not doing my DD on the management. 3rd time this has happened - cant blame anyone else.
