re: Ann: CAP and Pure Metals agree new JV to ... Although I am now out I can't resist watching as the saga rolls on. INMHO the board did get rolled and made the best of what they were confronted with i.e a big buy up of votes by a potential foe. Silvergate now looks like it will get the 40% at a bargain price and still has a gun at the head of the board, well done! Good luck to all who remain involved.
