Hard to argue with that synopsis but two observations; 1) Tolga was obviously anxious and in my experience anxiety is a product of 'care' ie if u don't care you don't get anxious. 2) It looked like he was surprised by unscripted questions that had no bearing on Canyon whatsoever. I suspect Tolga or Damo would both do far better with an interviewer on side.
Thankfully Canyon have a shite load of high grade low contaminant bauxite
