If you go back to before the big pit agreement was executed there was an initial phase 1 small pit with underground attached. I took some approximate infrastructure and mine development costings from that and played around with some figures. I am not that keen to post them as the cumulative errors from a back of the envelope could be way out. My best and worst case scenarios had a large variance.
