    Punch in any oil stock code...and you'll probably find there all at 12mth lows...as is oex nearly...so i think it might be out of rons control....not to do with incompetence.....as someone mentioned in an earlier post...the sweetener or kick for oilex was in the added bonus of oil...but the kick has been kicked out of the oil.
