A bit of digging, the 6 mill options were issued under lead manager arrangement in Dec 2016 which presumably was fee to someone for $2 mill placement in Oct 2016. So putting 1 plus 1 equals 3 the lead manager has agreed to cancel the 6 mill options in return for getting the lead manager role and accompanying fee for the next capital raising. BulldogAnt how am I doing?
